To honour women on International Women's Day, INDELAGUE - ROXO LIGHTING offered all its women employees a small souvenir to remind them that they are a symbol of strength and determination and that they deserve all the respect.
With the message “Who sows love, reaps happiness. Happy Woman's Day!" the company decided to express its appreciation for all its women employees.
INDELAGUE Group committed itself to the preparation of this event, in order to remind each woman employee of the relevant role they play in the organization's structure.
The action took place on March 8th, at Indelague – Indústria Elétrica, S.A. premises, located in the parish of Trofa, Águeda.
This initiative was intended to highlight the importance of the role and contribution of women in society and, at the same time, promote the belonging and family spirit among its employees.
